Viscopic App enables technicians to collaborate in the context of industrial service missions.
Users are able to see a user-specific contact list which allows them to select certain communication peers for text/video chat and image exchange.
The app provides a media collection view that can be used to display received as well as locally captured images in more detail and to send them to selected contacts via chat.
During video chat a live stream from the on-site situation is transmitted to the connected peer/expert (using Viscopics web application).
The remote expert is able to remotely guide the technician via collaboration tolls such as instant pointer and audio channel for verbal instructions.
The video streaming can be stopped from remote to freeze a specific view for the ongoing conversation.
Text and media messages can be sent and received during video call as well.
